Terry L. Poling, Senior Partner with MetaDynamics, has twenty years of management and consulting experience in organization and human resource development. He has spent most of his career working for nationally known companies, including Fidelity Investments, Motorola, BlueCross/BlueShield, and AlliedSignal. His areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, career planning & development, cultural transformation and organizational learning. He has authored several articles and publications and spoken on a variety of topics at both national and regional conferences. He has also taught communication, human resource management, and organization behavior courses for Texas A&M University, Northeastern University, Stonehill College, and Oakland University. Terry holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from Miami University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology & Organizational Studies from Boston College. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, American Management Association, Midwest Society of Organizational Learning, National Organizational Development Network, and the Human Resource Planning Society.

Michael Roblee, Senior Partner with MetaDynamics, has over ten years of consulting experience in leadership development and change management. In addition to his consulting career, he has practiced for over twenty years as a clinical psychologist specializing in personal growth and development. The framework for Michael's work includes the development of organization learning and system transformation. Areas of expertise include partnering and coaching with key leaders, process consulting, change management with cross-functional teams and whole systems, leadership team development, and cultural transformation. Michael holds a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Oakland University and a Post-Master's Certificate in humanistic psychology from Merrill-Palmer Institute. In addition, Michael has completed a master mentorship experience in organization development. He is a member of the National Organization Development Network and the Detroit Organization Development Network. He recently completed a stint as board member and president of the International Pathwork Foundation.

Lisa Connors has eighteen years of professional experience designing and delivering learning experiences, processes, materials and spaces for the development, support and success of people in the places where they work, live and play. She brings her unique design sensibilities and boundless energy to the areas of leadership development programs and events, management training, team engagement, strategic visioning and planning, graphic design and dialogue hosting. Clients include Robert Bosch Corporation, Plante & Moran PLLC, Abbott Laboratories, Metro United Way of Louisville, Leadership Oakland, Ascension Health, and the Detroit Women's Economic Club (InForum).

Lisa's latest projects include co-designing and managing the implementation of an integrated management curriculum for Bosch, North America; co-creating and leading four 'flights' of The Center for Women's Leadership, a 6-month leadership intensive; and co-hosting a series of Connecting Conversations for women in the regional community.

Lisa has a design degree from Michigan State University. She lives in Berkley, Michigan with her husband of 17 years, their 8 year old daughter and 'the dog'.

Gina Lavery is a global leadership consultant with two decades of international and managerial experience. Prior to consulting, she spent the majority of her career with Abbott Laboratories, a Fortune 100 company in health care in a variety of positions including; organization development, sales management, worldwide product management, advertising, sales and auditing.

Gina brings real world perspective to her clients through line management and global experience. She has lived, worked and studied in 38 countries around the globe. Her consulting specialties include; executive coaching and development, team facilitation and development, design and delivery of experiential training and employee motivation and engagement. Her client list includes Allstate Life Insurance Company, ABN AMRO, Abbott Laboratories, Blood Centers of America (BCA), Metadynamics, Inc. and the Robert L. Bosch Corporation.

She holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from the executive program of the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Her master's degree thesis studied the relationship between emotional intelligence and career engagement. Some of her career highlights with Abbott include receiving multiple sales manager awards and being selected to serve on a team of 19 cross-functional senior staff reporting to the President charged with restructuring, transforming and stabilizing a division. Gina is certified to use the Hogan instruments for professional development and is a CPA.

Nancy Tardiff Lessem has over 25 years of experience in business writing and instructional design and development. She pursues a very creative approach, skilled at making complex topics easy to understand and enjoyable. Nancy's work has encompassed a wide range of performance-based training approaches and technologies including, Interactive Distance Learning, Accelerated Learning and Experiential Learning methods.

From the mid '80s through the mid '90s, Nancy had the exciting opportunity to work first with the Saturn Project then with Saturn Corporation during its evolutionary (some may say revolutionary) years. During this decade, Nancy participated in all aspects of Saturn's philosophical and operational origins. She scripted a documentary about the history of GM and the UAW and wrote the recruitment videos Saturn used to attract employees and suppliers to its unique way of doing business. Nancy also developed many training solutions that helped to foster Saturn's innovative leadership approach and self-directed team structure.

A writer at heart and an instructional designer by trade, Nancy's numerous projects in a wide variety of industries have given her a high level of expertise in leadership and coaching models and skills, business consulting, customer-focused sales and service standards and continuous improvement processes. Nancy met her husband of 33 years while they both earned degrees at the University of Michigan. In fine Wolverine tradition, her daughter and son are also Michigan alums. She and her husband reside in Beverly Hills, Michigan. In her free time, Nancy returns to the keyboard to work on her first novel, a mystery set in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Morris B. Mann has more than 30 years of diversified experience in both the private and public sectors as an executive, consultant and trainer. Mary Temple has extensive knowledge of adult learning, training design and development and delivery, with special concentration on management skills, customer satisfaction interventions and relationship marketing principles. Mary is an outstanding classroom facilitator as well as instructional designer. She has taught throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. She also has vast experience training trainers.

She has created learning events for a variety of automotive clients, including Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, Toyota, Lexus and Harley Davidson. In addition to the automotive industry, Mary has developed and delivered training for the National Auto Dealers Association, Michigan State University Department of Criminal Justice, The State of Michigan Prosecuting Attorney's Association, The City of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Delta College and others.

Mary received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and her masters in instructional design from Michigan State University.
