are offering a workshop for partnering business leaders to improve
organization performance around critical shared strategic issues.
The workshop consists of four half-day sessions over four months.
Partners may include leaders from Marketing and Manufacturing, Quality
and Production, R&D and Manufacturing, HR and Operations, or other
combinations. The key consideration is that together you are ready
to take on a shared strategic challenge.
During each half-day session, partnering business leaders will
explore and learn with partners from other organizations. They
will work and plan with each other. And, they will experience
powerful new thinking and organization learning tools that they
will bring back to their teams to take on shared strategic challenges
together between each half-day session.
